There are a few basic elements that a good bartender must keep in mind to run a bar with as little effort as possible. Bartending is an awesome career to get into or just a good, fun job to have for some extra income.
Mixology is the art of mixing a good drink. You will be shocked as to how many people you will get to know on a daily basis, it will seriously blow your mind. It is somewhat impossible to know all of the possible mixtures of drink ingredients.
Any negative behavior that you possess would not look good to others and it could make a big difference in the amount of money you rake in. Since bartenders are responsible for taking money from customers and providing them with correct change, cash handling is also covered in bartending school. A not so well known drink is the Mulls and is a sweetened or spiced wine, beer or liquor, heated and served as hot punch.
Remember. the customer always comes first., and have fun. The tools that you used to get your bartending job interview will come in very handy in preparation for the interview.
